My practice is entirely online and I see clients age 12+. I focus on helping clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and OCD. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been in the mental health field for over 26 years. I love what I do! I provide a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere for my clients. I will work collaboratively with you to identify and meet your goals. I have successfully helped children, adolescents, and adults manage the challenges associated with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, grief, loss, and trauma. I custom tailor my approach to meet the needs of each individual person. I focus on empowering my clients to draw on their strengths in order to make positive changes in their life. I have worked in the Atlanta area for over 20 years in a variety of settings including mental health centers, schools, and hospitals. My treatment modalities include cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), solution focused brief therapy (SFT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and family systems therapy.
