Telemental Health Counseling Services

I have provided therapy to a wide range of individuals, families, couples, students, and groups with a focus on life adjustment/ transitions, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, parenting support, struggles with identity development, anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, PTSD, and a variety of other behavioral health issues. I use cognitive behavioral, solutions focused, dialectical behavioral, and strength-based techniques to improved communication, increase awareness, enhance coping skills, develop self- esteem, and build confidence. I’m LGBTQ + friendly and have specialized in the areas of trauma informed care, struggles with intimacy, attachment, and complex trauma/ acute stress.
