Treating Trauma With Brainspotting/Safe and Sound Protocol/Psychodynamics/Mindfulness Based Practices We work with successful people of all ages whose insides don't match their outsides. We address all types of trauma through psychoeducation about how the brain responds to trauma and how it is expressed in felt experience. Using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework or psychodynamic approach, we help clients identify goals based on clarified values. Then with Brainspotting and other brain/body based modalities, we work together to calm the nervous system and engage aspects of the personality that may be hindering them from living a values-based life.
