Practice
Name: Anna Gray Therapy
DescriptionI am an LCSW, currently practicing via 100% telehealth. I have experience in CBT, DBT, grief, life transitions, and mood dysregulation. Women in their 20s-40s are often bombarded with difficult life transitions such as adulting, relationship distress, quarter-life crisis, career pursuits, parenting, caregiving, and more. This can be a lot to manage! Social pressures and the varied and changing roles of women in this age group require a focused, feminist, and knowledgable approach. It can be tricky searching for the right therapist, so I appreciate you being here in the first place. My approach is fine tuned, using radical genuineness, to help you learn how to manage these unique stressors while maintaining authenticity and calm.
I am practiced in several targeted therapies that meet the needs of women in transition including mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. In my own experience, I have come to view change as the only constant, which is why I find such value in being able to help my clients through significant life transitions.
Looking back at the clients I have served over the years, I have been able to find something about every one of them that I admire. I love meeting my clients where they are and seeing how I can support their walk through life in a genuine, non-judgmental, and meaningful way. I am currently accepting new clients for online therapy, for residents of both Georgia, New York and Colorado.
