work with families, couples, individuals I work from a relational, compassion focused and mindfulness-based perspective supporting clients to discover their own ways to rest in acceptance, and determine useful change and growth without having to "fix something". Life's hardships, problematic ways of coping, pain do not necessarily mean something is broken (though it might feel that way). Discovering self sustaining ways of relating to ourselves, others, and our lives can bring in more satisfaction and happiness. I and level 2 trained in IFS, co-facilitate a weekly interpersonal process group, co-lead a weekend EFT workshop for couples, as well as being certified as a Mindful Self-Compassion facilitator, a Yoga instructor.
