Though I work with a wide range of clients and a variety of presenting issues, I am particularly drawn to creatives struggling with anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. I practice with a feminist lens, striving for equality, advocacy, and equity between all clients and their relationships. My previous experience as an art teacher and artist grants me a deep love for the arts as a tool for healing, which I often use in my practice. I enjoy working as an ally and advocate for equitable treatment for women and those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. My clients include adult (18+ yrs.) individuals and couples.
