Practice
Name: Emerge Psychotherapy and Healing
DescriptionI hold space for you to show up as your most authentic self. All parts of you are welcome here, as you learn to let go of the practices and patterns that no longer serve you and strengthen your inner trust. Together, we lay the groundwork for your innate wisdom to emerge and guide you toward a life that feels deeply meaningful and authentically yours. I know that you are the expert of your own experience—I am grateful to be on this journey with you as you rediscover your natural capacity for healing and growth.
My approach is grounded in deep reverence for the therapeutic relationship we build together. I don't see myself as someone who heals for you, but as a witness and companion as you reclaim the parts of yourself that have been silenced, shamed, or forgotten. Together, we explore what your nervous system is trying to tell you, honor the wisdom of your survival strategies, and invite your full, authentic self back home.
I’m a queer therapist, Highly Sensitive Person, and Atlanta native who believes that curiosity is one of life's greatest gifts. I’ve invested in my own work through therapy, intentional movement, and mindfulness to reconnect to my intuitive and embodied self, all of which impacts my approach as a therapist. My practice is deeply rooted in feminist, anti-oppressive, and sex-positive values—spaces where authenticity isn't just welcomed but celebrated. I'm committed to ongoing learning, both through the wisdom shared by LGBTQIA+ communities and through continuing education that keeps my practice evolving.
