The Winn-Win approach is a non-judgmental collaborative partnership to help you identify obstacles that keep client's moving forward and achieve self sufficiency. I have been providing therapeutic services to youth and their families for over 15 years. I have treated youth who have encountered issues with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anger, Aggression (Relational, Social and Physical), Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Self-esteem and Social Anxiety. My most recent work has been providing services to families and youth who have experienced foster care ages birth to 18 years old. I have also provided consultation to biological parents, counseling and training to foster parents. My work with adults also includes career counseling, life coaching services, relationship recovery, race relations and cultural diversity (for adolescents too).
