DescriptionOpen Door Talk is a modern, all-women, diverse therapy practice dedicated to supporting clients of all ages, including children as young as 4. We take a creative, outside-the-box approach to care, tailoring our work to meet each individual’s unique needs through a client-centered lens.
Our team offers a wide range of services, including individual therapy, DBT and CBT, motivational interviewing, play therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which can help process and heal trauma, sometimes in as little as one session. We also provide DBT skills classes and supportive group experiences.
With strong clinical expertise and bilingual services available, we are committed to providing accessible, compassionate, and effective mental health care for every stage of life.
