Courageous Intentions I practice a strength-based, client centered approach, with emphasis on cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy through the lens of trauma by incorporating EMDR. I'm passionate about working with teens, young adults and adults with anxiety, trauma and neurodiversity. My practice has a strong foundation in tele-health as continuity of care is a passion of mine. For this reason I'm licensed in CO as well as my home state of GA.
