I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and the Gottman Method for couples. I use a strength-based approach and trauma informed care to promote healing, recovery, resiliency and overall well-being for individuals who experience trauma.
