DBT Skills and Counseling, CBT and other modalities, children and adults Rock works primarily with clients age 18- 65 His clinical training is in DBT therapy and also also uses CBT Therapy interventions, Solutions Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Rock applies Hypnotherapy across multiple applications, primarily trauma work. Rock work with clients who wish to stabilize emotional regulation, improve coping skills, increase self awareness and self acceptance. Rock is interested in helping LGBTQ community clients in areas of self acceptance and self determination.
