I’m Sydnee (she/her). I’m a queer-affirming somatic therapist offering virtual therapy for women and LGBTQIA+ folks in Georgia, Virginia, and Maine. I specialize in working with women and LGBTQIA+ individuals who are ready to gently unpack the emotional and physical effects of trauma and anxiety. Together, we’ll explore how these experiences live in the body and how somatic therapy can help you feel more rooted, regulated, and whole.
