Strengths Focused Therapy My approach draws upon interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths assessment, and mindfulness. With clients I will take realistic and supportive action to approach change and growth including:  increase awareness of your feelings and actions;  buffer against, manage, and overcome problems;  improve relationships and communication; and  understand and utilize your personal strengths. I work with adults and adolescents age 14 years and up as long as they want to be in therapy.
