Having Trouble with Subscription Renewal?

If you see the error message:

“That product cannot be added to your cart as it already contains a subscription renewal”

it means you already have an active subscription in your account. Here’s what to do next:

View Your Subscription

• Go to My Subscriptions to see your active subscriptions.
• Click on a subscription to view details and available options.

Renew Your Subscription as Is

• If you want to renew your current subscription without any changes (keeping the same subscription type and retaining your Print or Digital Journal), simply click Renew Now on the subscription page and complete the checkout process.

Change Your Subscription

• If you want to switch subscription types or adjust your journal options:
  1. Cancel your existing subscription on the Subscriptions page.
  2. Visit the Membership page to select your new membership type and place a new order.
