LCSW. Retired school social worker. Author. Currently retired from school social work after 25 years. Before retiring, I served as a field instructor for seven interns. Early career experience was in medical social work (4 years). Throughout my career, I worked on grief and crisis teams. I self-published a book to teach children about grief and loss titled, Why the Snowman Melts. My second self-published book chronicles my experience as as caregiver for my elderly dad.
